I (Naomi) was once there too.

I remember being on a call, heavily pregnant, and I was so deflated that I wasn’t making 100k months yet.

I was sitting there, 2 months away from giving birth, beating myself up for “not reaching this milestone”.

But when I look back now at that past version of me, I can see WHY I was in that place.

My offer suite did not support the income OR the lifestyle I wanted.

I had no way for my business to hold the amount of income I said I wanted to create month after month – and definitely not without major sacrifices.

I didn’t have the strategies in place to make more, without doing more, with my business infrastructure missing so much.

I had gaps I couldn’t recognise fully, that were holding me back from where I wanted to be.

I was so doggedly wanting to hit this goal, that I couldn’t see how harmful it would be for me to get there that way.

But then everything changed. I was confronted with a situation where I needed to run my business in a life-first way and knew that I had to finally take myself and my vision seriously.

I knew I wanted to scale, but I was also committed to showing up in a certain way as a parent that my business was not conducive for.

So it was this that forced me to get bold and courageous and focus less on plugging other people’s scaling processes into my businesses to try and replicate their results or defaulting to creating more or producing more.

But rather, focusing on simplicity and anchoring into the vision I had for my life and the way I wanted to do things as my North Star.

And since that pivotal moment and the WAY I have learnt to scale in harmony with all of those things, I am now in a place in my life where I’ve cultivated more of it all – more growth, more life, space, autonomy… all of it.

Where $100k months are “small” compared to some of the milestones I have hit.

Where my business is always up and up without needing “MORE” from me.

I am living the life and business I dreamt of long before I knew it was possible.

I have led myself through this.

I cut my teeth in newspaper publishing, balancing creating compelling editorial with the ongoing commercial demands of this new publishing terrain; before venturing out on my own, creating 360-marketing campaigns for multi- national lifestyle brands and direct to consumer start-ups.

What started as a consulting company and content platform five years ago, has now evolved into a multiple six figure coaching and education company. One that’s allowed me to teach hundreds of womxn how to uncomplicate their businesses to expand their reach, scale their income and create systems that work hard, so they don’t have to.
